It also expands the firm’s global footprint and ability to support and scale portfolio company growth in critical markets.

Promotions include:

Hannah Huffman, Partner, Aerospace & Defense —Huffman has been a critical piece of NightDragon’s team for six years, playing a key role in investments and portfolio support across cybersecurity, defense and national security. She has led investments end-to-end across a variety of cyber and defense categories and is a trusted partner to senior executives, founders, and boards. As Partner, Aerospace & Defense, Huffman will continue to help expand NightDragon’s DefenseTech investment strategy and support the firm’s growing defense-focused portfolio.

Dorin Baniel, Partner, Israel — Baniel brings more than a decade of investing experience and has played a key role in building and scaling NightDragon’s presence in Israel and the broader EMEA region after establishing the firm’s first international office in Tel Aviv in 2023. Baniel leads investment deals across cybersecurity, quantum, defense, and emerging technologies and has strengthened the firm’s relationships with founders, operators, and strategic partners across the region. As Partner, Israel, Baniel will continue to expand NightDragon’s global reach, with a focus on Israel as one of the world’s most important cybersecurity and defense innovation hubs.
Amy De Salvatore and Barbara Massa have also been advanced to the role of Senior Partner, reflecting their leadership and long-standing contributions to the firm’s growth and strategy. Additionally, Audrey Laginess has been promoted to Senior Associate, Business Development and Platform to support the firm’s platform efforts.
