Dorin Baniel brings a decade of experience to the NightDragon team largely focused on the venture capital space within the Israeli technology ecosystem. Most recently, Dorin served as Vice President at Glilot Capital Partners where she built and managed the firm’s Advisory Board of 150+ C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) and led all aspects of portfolio development and growth for 20+ Israeli enterprise software companies from seed to scale, seven of which were acquired (including Cider Security – acquired by Palo Alto Networks and IntSights – acquired by Rapid7). Her direct work with Founders includes creating and achieving product-market and GTM fit, as well as game-changing deals with customers, partners, strategic advisors, and investors. She’s worked on numerous strategic investment deals and the raise of multiple VC funds. Other career highlights include Microsoft, where she worked with Microsoft Accelerator portfolio founders on scale, and Conversant, where she managed seven figures in client spend and development.
Dorin is a graduate from University of Illinois (B.Sc. Psychology, Business and Informatics) and Reichman University (Global MBA specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship) and was named to Israel’s Forbes 30 under 30 list.
