Barbara Massa is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at NightDragon, responsible for supporting the firm’s portfolio with advancing operations and talent strategies, as well as supporting the firm’s operations and investments. Barbara brings more than 25 years of experience in the CSSP space to the team from startups to mature Fortune 500 businesses. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Business Operations at Mandiant (acquired by Google) as well as Vice President of Global Talent and Diversity at McAfee. She has also held similar executive leadership roles at EMC and Documentum, as well as sits on numerous boards of directors. Barbara has been awarded YWCA’s Silicon Valley TWIN award for outstanding executive leadership and is a recognized thought leader on progressive talent attraction strategies and on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
