Evan is a former technology-focused investment banker with experience executing over $4 billion of successful M&A and financing outcomes for Cybersecurity and SaaS clients. Most recently, Evan was a Senior Analyst at Momentum Cyber where he supported the execution of early & late stage Cybersecurity transactions as well as industry-leading market research reports. Evan received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Operations Management from the Carroll School Of Management Honors Program at Boston College, and has completed each exam from the CFA curriculum.
